How to sign into an employer account

To sign in to your account, you'll need:

  • your username (this is usually your email address)

  • your password

If your email address is associated with more than one account, you will also need your account name.

Employer sign in - single account

If you have a single account, you will need to input your email address and password to log in successfully.

Employer sign in - multiple accounts

If your email address is associated with more than one account, you will need to input your:

  • email address

  • workplace account name

  • password

You can fill in our contact form, to find out what email address you're using for your Smart Pension account.

I can't remember my password

Just click Forgot your password and follow the instructions. You'll receive an email to the email address registered to your Smart Pension account with a link to reset your password. Don't forget to check your junk/spam folder if it doesn't appear in your inbox.
