1. Get your login details
You'll find your email address and temporary password in your welcome letter.
2. Verify your identity
Complete our secure identity check using a passport, driving licence or other photo ID.
3. Access your pension
Once your account is set up, you can sign in online or download the app to manage your pension on the go.

Your Smart Pension fees and charges
We charge an annual management charge (AMC) for managing and investing your pension. The AMC is a small percentage of the total amount you save into your pension pot over the whole year – we break it down so that you pay it monthly. The AMC you pay depends on which investment option or fund you choose. For example, if your fund has a 0.35% AMC and your pension pot is worth £20,000, you'd pay £70 each year. To view and choose your investment options, sign in to your Smart Pension account and click on the 'Investments' tile.
