Accessing your Smart Pension account
You should have received an email or a letter from us with details on how to sign in to your account. If you need any help navigating your account please watch our step by step video.
What happens next?
As we prepare to move your current pension savings from Welplan Pensions across to us, we need to make sure that you make no changes to your investment choices or retirement age. During this time there will be some things that you can and can’t do in your account, and some tasks that we can’t process until the transfer is complete.
Please note that these dates are approximate. The transfer may take a few weeks to appear in your account so please don’t panic. We’ll let you know once the transfer is complete.
