What happens next?

Sign the participation agreement

Once you’ve joined Mercer Smart Pension, we’ll send you an email that includes the online participation agreement that you’ll need to sign and complete.

Provide us with payroll information – we’ll guide you through the process

You will then need to upload your current employees’ payroll information so we can collect contributions each month. We’ll ask you to tell us who will be the lead contact on the account so that we can support you along the way and make sure they’re trained on how to do this.

Pay your regular contributions

The last step will be paying us your regular contributions to Mercer Smart Pension each month.
